Haifa prosecutors filed charges against two Sakhnin men in their twenties, who took part in riots in the city following the shooting of a woman suspected to be a terrorist in Afula.
The charges indicate that the two fabricated firebombs, which they threw at a tented area on a Galilee kibbutz.
