A UN report obtained by Al Jazeera reveals that in light of the “Islamic State’s” (ISIS) heavy losses in Syria and in Iraq, the UN expects the terrorist organization to move to Libya.
According to the report, attacks against ISIS in Iraq and Syria are keeping the terror organization from spreading throughout the area and is causing ISIS to seek alternate locations.
