Ahead of Jerusalem Day, the government will seek on Thursday to approve a plan for the economic development of Jerusalem, worth 850 million shekels.
The plan is being led by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyhau, Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon, and Minister of Jerusalem Affairs, Ze’ev Elkin.
