Canadian police lay terror charges against Toronto stabber

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) on Tuesday laid terror charges against a Muslim man who stabbed soldiers at a Toronto military recruitment center in March, the CBC reports.

The man, Ayanle Hassan Ali, is a 27-year-old born in Montreal.
