The families of two eastern Jerusalem terrorists whose bodies have yet to be returned for burial turned to the High Court and demanded that their relatives’ bodies be returned at once.
The families turned to the High Court after Minister of Internal Security Gilad Erdan decided to freeze the return of terrorists’ bodies, after calls of incitement were made during a terrorist’s funeral last week.
