Tel Aviv: Hashalom Junction closed to traffic due to protest

Derech Hashalom Junction in Tel Aviv is closed to traffic, due to a 300-person protest, including roughly 150 wheelchair-bound protestors.

The protestors are demanding increased handicap stipends.
