In the State Comptroller’s annual report on the government’s offices, made public on Tuesday afternoon, State Comptroller Yosef Shapira indicated that failings exist in the conduct of the Habima national theater.
The theater’s management, according to Shapira, has not abided by targets determined in “recuperation talks.”
