The US Eastern Cultural Heritage Organization (ECHO) claimed on Tuesdya that the Russian Army is building a military base in the region of Syria’s Tadmor.
According to satellite images presented by the organization, the base is being built north of the global heritage site, severely damaged during the “Islamic State’s” (ISIS) hold over the region.
