Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Monday night that the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan agreed in a meeting in Vienna on the need for a full ceasefire to be observed in the breakaway Nagorno-Karabakh region.
According to Reuters, Lavrov added that the two men also agreed they would fix the time and place of their next meeting in June and that the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) would draw up a plan to investigate ceasefire violations in Nagorno-Karabakh.
