Report: Netanyahu, Herzog to declare limit on construction

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and opposition head Yitzhak Herzog (Zionist Union) have been working on a statement to announce that construction in Judea and Samaria will be restricted, Channel 10 reports.
