After Israeli lifeguards' protests were halted for Independence Day, they have resumed pushing for organized efforts.
Head of the National Lifeguards' Association, Avi Afiya, has announced that lifeguards around the country will only work until 2:00 p.m., and called on the bathing public to to exercise caution.
The protest began after negotiations over work conditions reached an impasse.
