Iraq: Second car bomb kills another 15

A second car bomb struck Baghdad today, only a few hours after a similar attack killed 64 people.

Reuters reports that at least 15 died in the second blast.

ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attacks, both of which involved car bombs.
