The IDF soldier who was wounded by an explosive last night (Tuesday) has spent the past 12 hours in surgery at Jerusalem's Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital.
Doctors say that he is stable and that his life is no longer in danger.
The explosion occurred at the entrance to the village of Hizme.
