Charges were filed against three residents of a northern Arab village for making connections to commit a crime (murder) and attempted murder. The case is being investigated by the Shin Bet (ISA, Israel Security Agency).
The charges indicate that the suspects headed to Jerusalem, armed with knives, and were planning to commit a stabbing attack near Damascus Gate, but in the end did not commit the attack.
