Charges were filed on Monday against a 19-year-old Arab man from Kalandiya, for buying and selling weapons and ammunition, being involved in weapons deals and other crimes.
One of the charges pertains to the terror attack that began at Ramot Junction in Jerusalem and ended near Jerusalem’s Old City, after the two terrorists were shot.
