President Reuven Rivlin met with the directorate of Yad Lebanim, the organization which represents bereaved families, as well as the bereaved families themselves today (Monday).
"I am your soldier," President Rivlin told his audience. "Every year we pray that the circle of bereavement will not grow. So I am heartbroken to meet with dozens of families that have joined the circle this year."
The meeting was in commemoration of the upcoming Memorial Day.
