The law faculty's student union at the University of Chile has decided to ban all contact with Israeli academic institutions and citizens, Kol Yisrael reports.
According to the report, 56 percent of the students supported the motion to ban joint projects with Israeli office holders. Sixty-four percent felt that the university should not maintain its academic ties with Israeli universities that, they claim, directly support the human rights violations of Palestinians.
