MK Erel Margalit (Zionist Union) has commented on the decision to pass a two-year budget.
"Netanyahu is harming the Israeli economy for his own political survival. He doesn't care about Israeli citizens," MK Margalit claims.
He continued: "Last time Israel used a two-year budget, there was a deficit of more than 50 billion shekels ($13 billion US). Israel's credit rating dropped, and more than 50,00 families fell below the poverty line. But those who mortgage Israel's security in exchange for personal survival in light of the comptroller's report have no problem also doing so with Israel's economy."
