Hundreds of haredi (ultra-Orthodox) men are currently protesting at Jeruslaem’s Bar Ilan Junction and are intermittently blocking the road, and threw rocks at police officers attempting to disperse the protest.
The protest is being held in light of the arrest of a man who is refusing to grant his wife a Jewish divorce (gett).
