The driver who ran over Lee Zeitouni and in December of 2014 was sentenced to five years in prison in Paris, was pardoned and released from prison after serving only 15 out of the five years, Channel 1 News revealed on Thursday.
According to the report, the judge in Paris decided to pardon the man on the grounds of good behavior, the fact that he fathered a child while in prison and because he paid the fine set as compensation to Zeitouni family.
