A Texas man is suing pop star Justin Bieber for $75,000, Associate Press reports.
Robert Earl Morgan claims that he saw Bieber at a club and recorded him spilling beer on himself. When the singer saw that he had been filmed, he yelled at Morgan, took his phone and smashed it.
Morgan says that he lost important information and pictures when the phone was destroyed.
