Turkey confirms Gaziantep bomber was linked to ISIS

Turkey’s interior minister confirmed on Monday that the perpetrator of a deadly car bombing that hit the Turkish city of Gaziantep near the Syrian border at the weekend is linked to the Islamic State (ISIS).

The bomber "is a member of a terrorist organization linked to Daesh," Interior Minister Efkan Ala said in televised remarks, using the Arabic name for the jihadist group.
