President Barack Obama does not support the idea of establishing safe zones in Syria, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said on Monday.
"The president does not believe at this point that safe zones are a practical alternative to what currently is happening in Syria," Earnest said, in the wake of Turkey’s calls to establish such safe zones.
