A Jerusalem court has rejected the police request to ban a Beitar Jerusalem soccer fan from games for three seasons, and refused to order a one-day ban on the fan.
The suspect is accused of throwing a flare during last night's (Sunday) game. He is being defended by Itamar Ben-Gvir, of the legal defense organization Honenu, who claims that his client was subjected to a false arrest and should be immediately released.
The judge declared that the police inquiry was reasonable.
