The Israeli company Desalitech has been declared the 2016 Global Water Awards' "breakthrough water technology company of the year" for its water treatment innovations.
Israel21c reports that Desalitech provides water treatment products for agricultural, industrial and other uses.
The contest was held in the United Arab Emirates.
