Prosecutors have filed charges against a 24-year-old Hamas terrorist, accusing him of 18 crimes against Israeli security.
Authorities say that the terrorist, along with his comrades, observed military targets near the Gaza border, followed the movement of IDF forces, and placed explosives to attack IDF jeeps.
After the 2014 Operation Pillar of Defense, he launched rockets towards IDF posts and fired mortars at the Kerem Hashalom border crossing.
