President Reuven Rivlin will soon need to debate pardoning former President and current prisoner Moshe Katzav, in light of a reported “decline in Katzav’s health,” Yediot Aharonot reports.
Sources close to former President Katzav recently revealed significant information regarding an extreme deterioration of Katzav’s psychological state.
