Police are continuing to investigate this afternoon's (Wednesday) accident in Kiryat Malachi, in which a driver struck a two-year-old child before fleeing the scene.
Officials are calling on the driver to turn himself in, and are appealing to anyone who witnessed the crime or has related evidence to get in touch with authorities.
