A French court is charging Salah Abdeslam with terrorist murders, as well as using bombs and weapons.
Abdeslam is accused of being the mastermind being last November's ISIS attack in Paris. His lawyer, however, argues that Abdeslam has "the intelligence of an empty ashtray."
