The Kinneret (Sea of Galilee) Authority announced that since the start of the Passover holiday, roughly 100 thousand people have visited the Sea of Galilee’s beaches.
In addition, roughly 90 tons of waste and garbage have been gathered in the region, mostly from inside garbage bans. Kinneret Authority teams are walking through the various beaches in the regions and are handing out garbage bags to the visitors and tourists.
