Mexico plant explosion death toll rises to 24

The death toll from a Mexican oil facility explosion on Thursday has risen to 24, Associated Press reports.

Nineteen people are still being treated in hospitals, 13 of whom are in serious condition.

Eighteen workers are still missing.
