Heavy rain in northeastern India led to a mudslide that killed at least 15 people, Associated Press reports.
The incident primarily struck a labor camp near a construction site on the Chinese border. Two workers are still missing, while three others escaped.
The region is known for frequent landslides, but they usually occur during the June to September monsoon season.
