Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas said during a joint press conference with German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin that he “Opposes any form of terrorist activity that harms Israeli or Palestinian civilians.”
Merkel condemned Monday’s attack in Jerusalem and said that “There is no justification for violence.”
