The US Supreme Court will look into whether President Barack Obama overstepped his authority by preventing millions of deportations tomorrow (Monday).
The suit was filed by 26 states, under the leadership of Texas, in an effort to block Obama's 2014 immigration project.
An estimated 11 million people currently reside in the US in violation of the law.
