The Supreme Court is holding a hearing on Sunday morning on a petition filed by the Yesh Atid party against the cancelation of the “Equal Burden Law,” which sought to draft all Israeli men, including haredi (ultra-Orthodox) men into the IDF.
Nine judges are presiding over the hearing.
