Executives in Apple and the FBI will testify before the US Congress about their dispute next Tuesday.
FBI has demanded that Apple allow it access to the San Bernardino attackers' cell phones, while Apple insists that such a move would compromise its encryption.
The FBI has reportedly accessed the phones already without Apple's help.
