Achvat Ben-Hur appointed to head of Civil Administration

Colonel (res.) Achvat Ben-Hur will be appointed to the position of head of the Civil Administration.

Ben-Hurt will return to standing (Keva) duty and will be promoted to the position of Brigadier-General.
