The Prime Minister and Defense Minister did not approve new construction in Judea and Samaria, despite reports earlier on Thursday.
Nearly all permits granted were for upgrading existing structures. The few that did pertain to new construction were in connection to the Gannei Modiin community, which is located adjacent to the security fence, and will be included in any future deal, the Prime Minister's office announced.
