Rami Hamdallah, the Palestinian Authority's Prime Minister, is begging the international community to donate money and "make good on their pledges" in order to rebuild the Gaza Strip, Associated Press reports.
Hamdallah told donors that they were promised $3.5 billion to repair damage from 2014's Operation Protective Edge, yet only a third of the money has appeared.
He did not comment on the numerous reports that Hamas has stolen millions of dollars in aid that was intended to repair infrastructure after Israel responded to the group's numerous rocket attacks.
