Police have recommended filing charges against the Hatzor Haglilit council head, Shimon Swisa.
"The position of the police is that there is a strong enough foundation of evidence to demonstrate the crimes of bribery, fraud and breach of trust on the part of the Hatzor Haglilit council head," read an official statement.
The file against Swisa will be transfered to prosecutors within the next few days.
