Police welcomes the first Muslim assistant commissioner

Police officer Jamal Hachrush has been promoted from the rank of Assistant Commissioner, making him the first Muslim Deputy Commissioner in the Israel Police.

Hachrush will head a new directorate to improve police services in Arab communities.
