Attorney Naomi Landau, who represents former employees of the Prime Minister’s residence, Meni Naftali and Guy Eliyahu, responded to an appeal made by Sara Netanyahu against a decision made by the judge presiding over the case not to recuse herself.
“Mrs. Netanyahu is looking to make headlines. It would be more appropriate for her to earn the headlines through public activities… instead of by harassing the legal system with false requests. To my dismay, this is not the case. Mrs. Netanyahu must know that even in the Champs Elysees and the White House there is a separation of authorities. The time has come for her to internalize this.”
