The Jerusalem Municipality approved on Wednesday budgets to be allocated towards the Torah seeds group communities (Garin Torani) in the city’s Neve Yaakov, Pisgat Ze’ev and Kiryat Yovel neighborhoods.
Aryeh King, who worked towards having the budget approved, told Arutz Sheva that he was act to create a tradition of municipal support for the blessed activities of each Garin Torani.
