The Tax Authority has decided that Google, Facebook, eBay and other online companies will have to pay taxes in Israel.
According to the newly-proposed changed, Israel will tax international online companies that provide services in Israel through either representatives or a subsidiary company. The tax would apply even if the company has no physical office in Israel.
