IDF Chief of Staff Gadi Eizenkott took off for an official visit to Italy this morning (Monday).
During his trip, Lieutenant General Eizenkott will meet with a number of security and military officials. Their discussions will focus on security challenges facing both countries, the current situation in the Middle East, and joint military efforts.
