The Israeli government has revealed its latest plan to strengthen law enforcement in Jerusalem, as well as among the Arab sector, Ynet reports.

The project, which will last until 2020, is aimed at reducing the high levels of crime in the Arab sector. The police will build 10 new station, fix up another 10, and recruit 2,600 new officers.

Public Security Minister Gilad Erdan (Likud) says that it will narrow the gaps between Jews and Arabs and help integrate Arabs in society.
