The family of the terrorist Abdel Fatah al-Sharif, who was shot by an IDF soldier in Hevron two weeks ago after carrying out a terrorist attack, on Monday threatened to sue the Israeli government in an Israeli court.
The family also demanded that Palestinian Authority (PA) Mahmoud Abbas file a lawsuit against Israel at the International Criminal Court.
