Israeli and Turkish negotiating teams are expected to meet on Thursday in Europe in an attempt to reach a peace deal between the two countries.
Interim head of the National Security Council, Yaakov Nagel, and Prime Ministerial envoy Yosef Tzechanover will take part in the talks.
