The electricity supply to Bethlehem was reduced by 50% on Monday afternoon, following a similar reducing in electricity to Jericho on Thursday.
The electricity supply was reduced in light of the Palestinian Authority’s outstanding debt of 1.74 billion shekels to the Electric Company.
