Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu met on Monday afternoon with Czech Foreign Minister Lubomír Zaorálek, and responded to Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas’s statement during a television interview, according to which he would be happy to meet with Netanyahu and further the peace process between Israel and the PA.

“One of the subjects we are dealing with is the desire to further peace. A few days ago, President Abbas said on Israeli television that if I invite him, he will come. As I said this morning to an envoy of US Congressmen, I am inviting him,” Netanyahu said.

“I have cleared my schedule this week. I will be here every day. The first item on the agenda will be stopping the incitement. My door is open to anyone who wants peace with Israel.”
